- Chicago Burger and Fries
- How does one make a bad burger and lousy fries, especially when you are paying for it? They can and they do, all too frequently. I am dedicated to help my followers avoid this disappointing but all to frequent experience. I have loved burgers and fries my whole life. As I child, Burgers and Fries were probably the only two things I ate and actually enjoyed. I started my cooking career working at McDonalds, Oh the joy when I was finally promoted to grillman. I progressed from there. Fueled by my passion and obsession for great food, I pursue and demand excellence of taste. So now I turn my attention back to two of my lifelong favorites, and the pursuit of the great Chicago Burger and Fries.
